A number of misleading statements have been brought to the Parish Council's attention in regard to the recent eviction of the travellers from the North Side Recreation Ground.
We can confirm that neither Lee Rowley MP nor County Councillor Charlotte Cupit has contacted the Parish Council, neither has either Mr Rowley nor Cllr Cupit directly assisted the Parish Council during the eviction process.

The next Tupton Parish Council Meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY 15th September at 7.00 p.m. at Old Tupton Methodist Church. The accounts were approved by the internal auditor on 4th June and by the Parish Council on 10th June

I am pleased to be able to report that the flag and flag pole have been serviced and repaired and the flag is now proudly flying over the Community Gardens again.
I am appreciative that our service company were able to action this in time for D Day in response to comments from local residents requesting this.
